Mechanics of the Contest

The Summer Horse Racing Contest is a series of handicapping contests exclusively sponsored by All HorseRacing. This contest series will feature Graded Stakes Races for the Del Mar and Saratoga 2006 Race Meets.

Contest starts July 19 (Del Mar Racetrack opening) and ends at the closing of the Del Mar & Saratoga race meets.

The contest series will have a base prize of $50, however if no winner is declared for the first contest $10 will be added for the next contest's prize. Contest #2 will therefore get $60, then contest #3 gets $70, so on and so forth until the prize reaches $500.

If a winner is finally declared for a particular contest/race, the prize will return to the base prize of $50. It will begin accumulating again should no one wins the succeeding contests.

The handicapper with the biggest SUM of PROFITS at the end of the contest will be declared final winner and will be awarded $1,000. Winnings will be credited to your AHR Betting Account. If you don't have an AHR account yet, you may Sign Up for a FREE All HorseRacing account.

The handicapper with the biggest SUM of PROFITS at the end of the contest will be declared final winner. Winnings will be credited to your AHR Betting Account. If you don't have an AHR account yet, you may Sign Up for a FREE All HorseRacing account.

How to Enter Contest:

• 1. You must be a registered to HorsesWild before you can join the contest. If you currently have no user account at HorsesWild, you may Sign Up Here.
• 2. Using your username and password, go to the HorsesWild Summer Horse Racing Contest page.
• 3. Each handicapper will be given a base amount of $2 virtual money to wager for each race.
• 4. Make you selection and then come back after the race to see the results.
• 5. Check out the Standings page to see the current players' standings and payouts.
• 6. The handicapper with the winning selection(s) at the end of the contest will be declared winner.
• 7. At the end of this contest series, the handicapper with the biggest SUM of PROFITS will be declared final winner and will be awarded $1,000.
• 8. Your winnings will be credited to your AHR account every Friday of the following week. Prizes must be rolled over (wagered) at least 3x before winnings can be withdrawn.
• 9. If you don't have an All HorseRacing account yet, you may open a FREE account at AHR.

How to Place Bet:

• 1. Go to the Summer Horse Racing Contest page and Sign-In. Use your existing HW login details for the contest. If you're not yet a HorsesWild registered user, you may Register Here.
• 2. Select the Race that you want to place your bet on. After clicking on the race of your choice, names of contenders, their post positions, jockeys, trainers, and morning line odds will appear.
• 3. Drag the cotender(s) of your choice on the panel provided to indicate your selection.
• 4. The number of your selections will depend on the type of contest decided for that particular race (i.e. Winner, Exacta, Trifecta, etc.)
• 5. $2 is automatically placed as the base amount to wager, click Bet Now! Button to submit your bet.
• 6. After placing your bet, you will receive a virtual Ticket indicating your selections. Click Change your Bet if you want to edit your entry.
• 7. After you submit your bet(s), check out the Standings page to see the other players' standings and payouts.
• 8. Come back after the race to see the results and to check out the new Standings.
• 9. If a selection is scratched, the contestant will receive the actual post-time favorite in that race.
• 10. The handicapper with the winning selection(s) will be declared winner.
• 11. In case of a tie, both winners will split the $50 prize. If there's more than 2 winners, the prize will be divided equally among them.
• 12. Each handicapper is only allowed one user account and one entry per contest.

All inquiries about the winnings shall be directed to the HW-Contest Moderator of HorsesWild and not to All HorseRacing racebook. We will gladly respond to all your questions.
